DOW CORNING RETIREES’ CLUB

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL

  

An annual fee of $6.00 constitutes the membership dues for the Dow Corning Retirees’ Club payable for the calendar year January 1 to December 31, as stated in the club’s by-laws, Section II, Membership.

 

Note:  Members who joined or paid their dues after September 1^st , have paid their dues for the next year and you do not have to fill out a new form, however if you are in doubt send in the form with the date you joined - do not send a new check.  You will be notified if our records do not agree with yours.

 

Renewals received by the end of January will be included in the Membership Roster which will be mailed to all members in March or April. 

 

Please fill out the bottom half of this form as completely as possible and return it with your check for $6.00 to retain your membership in the Retirees’ Club.   If the address in the current directory or the addendum is correct you may indicate that there are no changes.

 

NEW:  RETIREES WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ON-LINE CLUB AND COMPANY INFORMATION.  If you would like to receive your information by e-mail please indicate it on the form below.

 

Membership insures that you will receive all mailings on club activities and a Membership Roster listing members with addresses. 

 

If you move and/or change your e-mail address, please notify the club so we can continue to send you notices and mailings.  You can send this information to our mailing address or via e-mail to the current treasurer as shown on our web site.  Fred Dall
